Our History
1830 The South China Library was established, located in a home on Village St.
1900 The library building was completed.
1912 South China Public Library Association was incorporated.

1980 The Children’s Room was added.
2012 We celebrated 100 years as a Maine nonprofit corporation.
2024 We moved to our new location at 27 Jones Road.
